Just a superior hotel in the quiet location. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Blas Burgerworks that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Spotless room with everything you need, satisfying breakfast. When I arrived the owner was helpful.

The staff were really EFFICIENT, the breakfast was amazing. The Mex served dishes within 400 metres off the hotel. We enjoyed the fact that we chose rivendell guest house. Our favourite property in St Ives, we totally recommend it.
